According to chi11eddog on Twitter, Alienware plans to announce a 500 Hz-capable gaming monitor at CES 2023 in January. The model name for this monitor is “AW2524AH”, which would suggest it is a 25-inch panel. This is a fast IPS panel with a native resolution of 1920 x 1080.
The display outputs 480 Hz via DisplayPort as standard, but does have an OC setting that allows it to reach 500 Hz. Based on the leaked photo, we can see that it has a pretty sleek design with some RGB elements and an adjustable kickstand. No word on pricing, but expect this to be one of the most expensive 1080p displays out there!
