ACER starts taking pre-orders for its gaming PC with Intel Arc A380 GPU

Acer recently announced its latest PC that will be equipped with Intel’s Arc GPU. First in line is the N50-640, a pre-built gaming PC and will come with the Intel 12th Gen Core CPU along with low-end to mid-range GPUs like the GTX 1650 or the RTX 3060. that Acer will offer the first system with Intel’s A380. This will make it the first desktop GPU to be sold outside of China.

The Acer NITRO PC is listed by a French retailer, Boulanger. This is the first offering in Europe with such a configuration. The PC is not expected to ship until October 8, if we have to rely on the availability date on the product page. The listing means the offer is on the pre-orders placed two months in advance.

Speaking of specs, the PC comes with the Core i5-12400F CPU with 16GB DDR4 memory and additional 500GB SSD storage. It is priced at 949 EUR. The retailer also offers the RTX 3060 version and costs EUR 50 more.

In other news, MSI’s PRO DP130 is now also listed, the first time a board partner has mentioned the Arc A310 GPU, Intel’s slowest card based on the DG2/Alchemist architecture. We haven’t seen this one in pictures yet, but it would look similar to the A380 LP that MSI confirmed yesterday.
