Dell welcomes two new high-refresh gaming displays under the Alienware brand. The AW2523HF is the 25 inch model and comes with a 1080p panel with a 360 Hz refresh rate. It supports both; the Freesync Premium and VESA AdaptiveSync.
With a peak brightness of 400 nits and a fast IPS panel, it would have a color gamut that can cover 99 percent of the sRGB spectrum. For inputs there is one DP 1.4, two HDMI 2.0 ports and a USB-B 3.0. It has a USB-A 3.0 output.
The AW2723DF is the 27 inch model and has a resolution of 1440p. It comes with a fast nano IPS panel with a refresh rate of 240 Hz, but can reach 280 Hz in the overclocking option. It also supports FreeSync Premium and AdaptiveSync and also comes as G-Sync compatible. So no matter which GPU you decide to pair this with, your bases are already covered.
It has an HDR 600 display with a peak brightness of 450 cd/m² and a wider color gamut that supports 95 percent of the DCI-P3 spectrum.
AW2523HF will go on sale in early September and will cost USD 450, while the AW2723DF will launch in October and will cost USD 650.
