Apple will open a new store in London’s Brompton Road, London, on July 28, with a dedicated takeout area.
Apple Brompton Road is unique in that it is the first Apple Store in the UK to have a dedicated pick-up area, meaning customers can order on Apple.com and pick up their goods in-store. The Cupertino-based company has opened locations around the world with dedicated pick-up points, namely the Apple Myeongdong, Apple Rosenthaler, Apple The Grove and Apple The Mall in Bay Plaza, among others.
The new UK store will open July 28 at 4pm local time. It will have retail features such as Silician ficus trees, a mirrored ceiling, a Forum area for Today at Apple sessions, terrazzo floors and floor-to-ceiling windows on the storefront. Those interested can head to the Knightsbridge area and visit the soon-to-be-opened store.
Apple will have more than 200 employees who together can speak more than 45 languages for Apple Brompton Road.
