It looks like ASRock will be the first with a liquid-cooled Radeon RX 7900 XTX graphics card as they prepare the Radeon RX 7900 XTX AQUA graphics card. This card is designed with a custom waterblock that’s the same sort of style we’ve seen from ASRock’s Aqua line of motherboards. Unlike all-in-one solutions, this card is designed to be added to an existing custom loop.
This card will use the same board as ASRock’s Radeon RX 7900 XTX Taichi, which is a fully custom design with three 8-pin PCI-Express power connectors. Since we have a waterblock and not a large cooler, this is a 2-slot card. The card will also feature a full-coverage backplate, with what appears to be the ASRock Aqua logo lit up with RGB lighting.
It appears that this variant of the card will only be available on the Radeon RX 7900 XTX, there will be no RX 7900 XT version. Unfortunately, ASRock didn’t make an X670E Aqua motherboard this time around, but they do have the X570 Aqua, for those who want a full ASRock Aqua AMD configuration.
ASRock will launch their Radeon RX 7900 series graphics cards on December 13th.
