Apple plans to resume company-wide retail meetings, which have been postponed for three years.
Apple Store employees are beginning to hold meetings in the US in line with the big “Far Out” event, which kicks off in September. Apple originally planned to hold company-wide meetings, which take place once or twice a year during a busy season, but the global pandemic has resulted in lockdowns, store closures and similar issues.
This time around, Apple has unveiled a company-wide strategy and pep talk teams to discuss and prepare store associates for new products. The highly anticipated ‘Far Out’ event is believed to bring the latest iPhone lineup, as well as new Apple Watches.
Apple Store employees in the United States have been instructed in advance to prepare merchandise materials. Bloomberg’s Mark Gurman says the new iPhone 14 Pro and iPhone 14 will launch on September 16, with pre-orders on September 9.
