Beloved actor Danny DeVito was turned into a Grand Theft Auto character by an artist’s incredible portrayal of the lead role of It’s Always Sunny in Philadelphia.

Danny DeVito is a hero of our time and an icon of Hollywood for the past 50 years.

While he starred in cinema classics like One Flew Over the Cuckoo’s Nest and Batman Returns, the youngest generation has learned to love him for his portrayal of Frank Reynolds in It’s Always Sunny, a show that ran for 15 seasons.

To honor the legacy of the 4’10” actor, an artist placed Danny in a series he seems to fit in perfectly: GTA.

Artist puts Danny DeVito in GTA

Reddit user MiterMinister posted their work to the r/gtaonline subreddit featuring artwork by DeVito when placed in the GTA universe.

The photo was commissioned by animier-dich, a German website that translates each photo into art styles such as The Simpsons, Rick & Morty and Grand Theft Auto. Miter noted under the post that it took them more than six hours to make the DeVito piece.

The image comes from the famous It’s Always Sunny meme, “So anyway, I started shooting,” where Frank pulls out two pistols during a television appearance.

The hilarious scene has been immortalized online, and now. has been brought to the world of GTA.
