Of all the promos EA has in store, Team of the Season is the one that sparks the most excitement within the community. After a long and grueling year of football, this event rewards the top performers with incredibly mature cards that remain meta until the end of the game’s lifecycle.
Unlike Team of the Year, most individual league TOTS teams are decided by the developers. But in an effort to get FUT fans involved, they can vote for a few.

What’s in FIFA 22 TOTS?
Team of the Season is always the biggest event on the calendar and players should prepare to be showered with new cards every week as new leagues are added to packs. But there’s plenty of other content to look forward to.
This includes:
- TOTS Squad Building Challenges (SBCs)
- TOTS Themed Objectives
- Lightning rounds for packages in the store
The FIFA 21 Community’s TOTS brought in some incredible cards.
How to vote for FIFA 22 TOTS
Every vote counts when it comes to the various FIFA 22 TOTS, so if there’s a specific player you want to see in the event, be sure to support them. The process is as simple as ever, just follow these instructions to have your say:
- Visit the official EA Sports website – here
- Select the goalkeeper, defenders, midfielders and forwards you want to vote for
- Give your vote
- Wait for the results to be announced in-game or on the official social media accounts
FIFA 22 Community TOTS
After nearly two weeks of voting on the Community Team of the Season, EA SPORTS finally announced the roster on April 29, headlined by Luis Suarez, Aymeric Laporte, Hugo Lloris and Serge Gnabry.
Being a fan-voted lineup, there are a few surprising inclusions, with both Fred and Conor Coady succeeding.

FIFA 22 Premier League TOTS
In addition to the Community TOTS, EA has also released the Eredivisie Team of the Season, celebrating the best the Dutch league has to offer.
League-leader Ajax naturally dominates with five players in the 11-man squad, including 95-rated Ryan Gravenberch who looks like a tasty card for any team.

FIFA 22 TOTS Release Calendar
When it comes to the release schedule for each league’s Team of the Season, it normally follows a similar format every year. Each week, one of the major top five leagues is released in packs alongside another division from around the world.
We are still waiting for confirmation of the exact dates, but this is the order we want to see:
- Week 1 – Community TOTS – Team announced on April 29
- Week 2 – Premier League TOTS – Team announced on May 6
- Week #3 – Bundesliga TOTS – Team announced on May 13th
- Week #4 – LaLiga TOTS – Team announced on May 20th
- Week #5 – Ligue 1 TOTS – Team announced on May 27th
- Week #6 – Serie A TOTS – Team announced on June 3rd
- Week #7 – Ultimate TOTS – Team announced on June 10th
