Fortnite list of possible collaborations includes Spongebob Squarepants & BTS

Fortnite is researching players about possible future collaborations in the game – and some of them are wild.

The hugely popular battle royale title Fortnite has apparently sent a survey to some of its players about possible partnerships they should have with other properties and brands… and the list is incredibly eccentric.

Of course, Fortnite is known for its massive collaborations, teaming up with properties like the Marvel Cinematic Universe and Star Wars. However, some players get a little tired of seeing characters recycled from the same properties.

That could be why Epic Games is looking for new collaborations to refresh Fortnite.

Fortnite is teasing potential partnerships.

Fortnite yummy Guille_GAG recently revealed a survey they had received from Epic Games. The research lists about 200 potential brands, characters, and franchises that could be brought into Fortnite in one way or another.

Guille_GAG notes that some of the aforementioned capabilities were already added to Fortnite, such as Deathstroke and Indiana Jones. As a result, it’s possible that more of these traits, characters, and people will be added to Fortnite in the future.

The list of possible collaborations is not only extensive, but also crosses different types of media. While Fortnite is best known for crossing over with television, movies, and other video games, it has added influencers such as Ninja and Chica.

But some of these potential collaborations don’t seem to fit Fortnite. While a Dragon Ball Z collaboration would be well received, it’s hard to imagine the same being said for Riverdale, How I Met Your Mother or Sarah Silverman.

Fortnite players are already thinking about their choices for a possible collaboration. Transformers and Evangelion, as well as many of the anime series listed, are among the most popular choices in Guille_GAG’s answers.

Epic Games has not yet confirmed that any of these collaborations are in the works. Fortnite fans will have to wait a little longer if they want to see Spongebob Squarepants in the game.
