Fractal Design North Case Review

PC cases have certainly evolved since I built my first PC. While they were pretty basic back then, now we have tempered glass everywhere, RGB lighting and much more! Well, Fractal Design has a new case, which they say is aimed at gamers, who also consider themselves adults. I think I’m an adult at 38, so this must be the case for me! The Fractal Design North has one of the more interesting designs I’ve seen on a PC case lately, with its sort of minimalist style and real wood front panels. If you’re looking for something a bit different from the norm, that’s also functional and provides good airflow, this might be the case for you, read on as we take a look!

Special thanks to Fractal Design for providing the North case to review.

The North comes in your standard briefcase box that simply says “North”.

Opening the box we find the case nicely protected and there is a large box of accessories.

When it comes to the accessories, you get mounting hardware, a handful of cable ties, a fan bracket and a user manual. The fan bracket supports two 120/140 mm fans and can be installed on the side panel of the case.
