Gigabyte RTX 4090 on sale in Hong Kong, 2 weeks ahead of launch

Apparently someone managed to buy a Gigabyte GeForce RTX 4090 Gaming OC graphics card in Hong Kong. This comes 2 weeks before the official release of the map, which usually never happens. Sometimes we see pre-orders appear, maybe a day before launch, but 2 weeks could indicate that NVIDIA board partners have a large stock of cards waiting for customers.

Unfortunately, the person who purchased this card cannot use it. NVIDIA has not yet released a driver that provides full functionality and performance for the card. This driver will not be available to the public until October 12, when the map will be officially launched.

This card comes with a quad-8-pin to 16-pin power adapter, just like all RTX 4090 cards. It also appears that this Gigabyte version of the card will come with two different support brackets and mounting screws. The GeForce RTX 4090 uses the AD102 GPU with 16384 CUDA cores and 24 GB GDDR6X memory.
