After unveiling Intel’s custom Arc A380 graphics card, GUNNIR is again teasing the next-generation Intel Arc A770 custom design that comes with a triple fan cooler. The Arc Alchemist family includes the flagship Arc A770, which comes with a full Arc ACM-G10 GPU with a 256-bit bus interface and 32 Xe-Cores. A few days ago, there were rumors about the Arc A770 with a lower memory, but it turned out that these were fake as the memory comes in two options of 8 GB and 16 GB. Other specifications remain the same.
Coming to the middle tier of the Arc Alchemist series, we have Arc A580 and the Arc A750. Looking at the specs, these lines could very well be comparable to NVIDIA’s GeForce RTX 3060 series. The Arc A750 will feature 24 Xe-Cores (3072 ALUs), while the Arc A580 will feature 16 Xe-Cores (2048 ALUs). The Arc A750 will come with 8 GB of memory that will be spread over a 256-bit interface. But if it has to compete with the 3060 series, it will most likely also come with another 12 GB variant with a 192-bit interface. The Arc A580 is also expected to have 8 GB of memory.
The SKU that GUNNIR has been teasing on their official website is definitely the flagship variant. The card has a 2.5 slot design and comes with a giant heat sink with its own cooling solution with three fans. As of this writing, the flagship Intel Arc Limited Edition graphics card features an Intel reference design and features a cooler that is both dual-slot and dual-fan. The card is huge and looks like it needs dual 8 pin connectors to boot.
The card is up to date with all the features you would expect from a modern graphics card, including DirectX 12 Ultimate, Adaptive Sync and Intel’s XeSS.
