White and Pink Radeon RX 6650XT Hellhound teased by PowerColor

There have been several leaks regarding the AMD RX 6x50XT series long before its official launch. There have been more leaks related to PowerColor’s RX 6650XT model. A few days ago we reported on the black Hellhound model which will have the same cooling design as that on the RX 6600 SKU. As for PowerColor, it will be launching two hellhound cards this year, one in white.

This RX 6650 XT Hellound White that we just mentioned is going to follow the RX 6700 XT Hellhound model. This will be the only white design in the company’s entire product portfolio to date. However, let’s clarify that this model will not be like the Navi 22 model. PowerColor is going to add a touch of pink that resembles the color of the cherry blossom. This cherry blossom inspiration may not seem surprising given that this announcement comes from a Japanese PowerColor media account.

As for the cooler design, it remains the same as the one on the current RX 6600 XT Hellhound model. the thickness of the card also remains the same, as does the one 8-pin power connector. Speaking of specs, the model will most likely stick to the same specs as those on the black SKU, meaning it will have 17.5Gbps of memory and a 2689MHz boost clock.

AMD’s Radeon RX 6650XT will launch on the 10th this month, alongside the other RX 6950XT and RX 6750XT models. These will most likely be AMD’s last models this year that will be based on the RDNA2 architecture. For upcoming models of Radeon cards, AMD will switch to the next-generation architecture.
