Does WoW Dragonflight have a release date?
Unfortunately, an official release date has not yet been confirmed. Even after revealing the expansion, Blizzard kept their cards close to his chest over the release date. However, this is expected to be sometime between late 2022 and early 2023.

It includes four new zones; Waking shores; Ohn’ahran Plains; Azure Span and Thaldraszus – all of which have a mysterious and unique appearance.
New race and class combination
It wouldn’t be an expansion with a new race and class. In this case, however, the two go hand in hand for the first time. WoW Dragonflight introduces a new race and class combination called Dracthyr Evoker.
It has both a humanoid and draconian form and can be specialized to be a healer or a ranged damage dealer. Of course, this means there’s a lot of variety and versatility when it comes to choosing how you play it.
The expansion also introduces a new form of aerial movement called Dragonriding. Players can ride on the back of a Dragon Islands and venture into the skies above the mysterious land during their travels.
The Dragons of Dragon Islands can also be customized in multiple ways, not only in appearance, but also in abilities that allow them to move more efficiently.
New talent system
World of Warcraft’s talent system is also being overhauled in the expansion – or rather, it’s being rolled back to a more favorable format. Blizard replaced the original tree-like system in Mists of Pandaria to make it easier.
However, the original version returns in Dragonflight. Essentially, when a player levels up, they can place a talent point in a skill tree of their choice – either a class skill tree or a specialization skill tree.

The idea is that it gives players more customization options to branch out however they want, rather than being limited for the sake of simplicity.
New appeal system
WoW Dragonflight also introduces a new professional system with player-driven work orders, new professional equipment, and an all-new specialization system designed to give players more choice.
New HUD UI
Last but not least, the Heads Up Display (HUD) and user interface (UI) are being overhauled to a design more suited to 2022. Not only will it be more attractive and seamless, but it will also be more customizable.
