One YouTuber has turned his toilet into a high-spec gaming PC, going as far as adding LED gamer lights and a transparent case for maximum gamer aesthetics. They even managed to keep the toilet’s flushing functions intact.
Every hardcore PC gamer has found themselves in the predicament of having to use the bathroom in the middle of the game. This often results in the natural urge to stop and then quickly to the toilet. But what if you had a gaming PC in your bathroom?
YouTuber Nicholas ‘Basically Homeless’ Zetta created just that and even went a step further. Instead of simply making a PC for the bathroom, he managed to convert his toilet into a PC, while leaving the conventional toilet functions intact.
“For obvious reasons, this should have been around for a long time,” the YouTuber joked, justifying his extensive preparation and research to create the toilet PC.
Nicholas understands that portable gaming devices exist in the form of the Steam Deck and the Nintendo Switch. But he stressed, “I don’t want to use my thumbs anymore.” The YouTuber dug deeper into his goals, claiming, “I want to get sweaty, try hard FPS gaming from the toilet.”
The Toilet PC has powerful specs with a 240z display, making it more than powerful enough to handle most FPS games today. For those wondering, the computer parts are all placed inside the tank – separated from the coil sections by a wall.
As for the process of creating the very first toilet PC, the YouTuber certainly had to do a lot of legwork. His YouTube video goes into great detail about the process – but long story short, he had to master both plumbing and computer construction to make this miracle happen.
Towards the end of the video, Nicholas played CS:GO while sitting on the toilet and even showed the flush mechanic to his teammates. “I’m happy now, the toilet is ready.”
